Two farm-fresh eggs with homemade vegetarian chorizo (soy protein, merkén, sunflower seeds, cumin, garlic, olive oil, and the all-important vinegar -- the flavor of sausages comes in large part from acid-producing fermentation). Wheat cracker with honey.
